Katherine received her Pilates certification this past summer from Studio du Corps, in Costa Mesa, CA. The program, inspired by Ron Fletcher’s teachings, was directed under Diane Diefenderfer.

She was first introduced to the art of Pilates while studying dance at UC Irvine. She experienced first hand how Pilates could enhance her flexibility and strength as a dancer. Not only has Pilates improved her skills as an artist, but she has also witnessed the physical and mental improvements in her day to day life.

One of the many beautiful aspects of Pilates is that anyone can do it. Katherine is eager to share her passion with clients to help them reach their fullest potential of mind and body awareness.
